The Racies

The first 5 weeks of Quinn's youth group experience at church have been called The Race. The 7th-12th grades have been divided into four teams and have spent their time on Sundays competing in games and earning points for all kinds of things (being at church--on time--on Sundays, bringing friends, doing crazy things during the week, etc.) Over 175 kids and 45 adults were involved in pulling this event off, and 30 students made a decision to follow Christ!

Tonight is the culminating event...it's called "The Racies." It's the final celebration and awards ceremony. The students were encouraged to dress formally for the event. Here's Quinn and his friend Alex...
