I was grocery shopping yesterday and even though it wasn't on my list, I decided to stick in a little whipping cream. Matt has really been having fun making waffles topped with all types of "yummies" lately, so I thought he might use it this weekend. Well, I was right about using it, but it isn't going on top of waffles. Oh no, he decided after dinner to "whip up" a little something. We had a few brownies left from last night. So he whipped some cream...then added some cocoa and Starbucks coffee liqueur to the remaining whipped cream...topped it with brownies...
...layered that in the glass and topped with more brownies, whipped cream and chopped pecans.
